Planned work will utilise loft space for further habitable rooms and large rear extension will occupy the space currently used by a small extension and garage.
It would be difficult to argue against this development due to the precedence set by properties further down the road and it is good to see a great deal of the front elevation remaining as it was.
It will be an asset to the local business community when all these older properties are upgraded like this and will encourage a longer season of usage.
One important note: the increase in occupancy/larger numbers of visitors to the Atlantic Terrace in general, will put further emphasis on the need to keep the free parking for ever. All the owners (without exception) along the Atlantic Terrace and frontage, must work together to keep the current free parking for everyone. Please do not encourage traders and campers, it will ruin the area.
